Expert Workshop: UPSKILLING AND RESKILLING REVOLUTION
22 November 2022
CYANOTYPES brings together a wide variety of stakeholders for the Cultural & Creative Industries to provide a solid basis for the development of a strategic approach to researching, anticipating, co- creating, stress-testing and integrating new and concrete sector-specific and transversal skills development solutions that can be adopted across the European CCI ecosystem. The Cyanotypes project follows the ‘Blueprint’ approach taken by the ERASMUS+ Alliances for Innovation approach for different industrial sectors. This is the first time this is being done for the CCI.
As this work begins, the project is developing with its partners and stakeholders a unique methodology to research, measure and map the existing upskilling and reskilling activities in its member states. The results will be displayed and shown in a geographical mapping effort which differentiate quality dimensions and also local, regional and on country level. This effort aims to map existing skills- and sectorial ecosystems which supports companies in their value chain activities. This research seeks to identify the skills gaps for the CCI and to locate and anticipate opportunities for reskilling and upskilling.
