A community of change for creative skills

Creative Skills Week 2025: Call for Contributions

Be part of a space of continuous experimentation, collaboration, and skills development. Present your project, host your online event as part of CSW2025’s programme, or submit a topic-specific proposal to shape the conversation on key themes.

Join us for Creative Skills Week 2025 from 22 – 26 September in Prague.

In an ever-evolving world we must embrace new approaches, rethinking how we teach, learn, and apply skills. Now is the time: Create. Transform. Regenerate. How can we collectively refine our processes and build a future-proof workforce?

CSW2025 invites visionary projects, bold experiments, and fresh contributions to shape this year’s programme. Whether you’re an educator testing new teaching methods, a creative professional developing innovative skills training, or a policymaker shaping frameworks for re-skilling and up-skilling, this is your opportunity to share your work, collaborate, and lead the change.

We welcome proposals for:

  • project presentation (in-person and online),
  • online events to be part of CSW2025′ programme on 22 or 26 September 2025,
  • and topic-specific proposals*.

For topic-specific proposals, we are looking for a range of projects, research, and work on topics including skills for the digital, green, and social transitions; the value of culture; access to funding; AI and ethics; entrepreneurial skills; open & cross-sectoral innovation; and micro-credentials.

Complete the submission form here by 6 April 2025.

Creative Skills Week 2025 is a key meeting point for the Cultural and Creative Sector Industries (CCSI), focused on lifelong learning, re-skilling, and up-skilling. It facilitates collaboration between Higher Education (HE), Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers, and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

CSW encourages dialogue on building local partnerships and engaging policymakers, emphasising CCSI’s role in driving the economy and shaping sustainable cultural development across Europe.
