After the pandemic, amidst the digital shift and green transitions, and a war in Europe, how can we respond to complexity squared in times of multiple crisis situations?
The purpose of this two-day workshop is to launch the process of mapping urgent skills needs across all sectors of the CCI (Cultural & Creative Industries). After the pandemic, amidst the digital shift and green transitions, and a war in Europe, how can we respond to the complexity in times of multiple crisis situations? This requires, as a key outcome, an advanced understanding of what exactly makes a skills need urgent today. Actively participate online in this co-creation workshop led by Florian Schneider, alongside experts Martijn Blom, Dubravka Jurisic, Lisa Lang, Johanna Leissner, James Livesey, Joe Lockwood, Alessandro Rancati, Katrien Reist and Catherine Willems. Discuss aims to develop the pedagogical visions, teaching methods and curricular modules.
This workshop invites 20 participants from partners and stakeholders to join the in-person workshop. Relevant parts of the programme will be accessible for hybrid participation.
Participants will be asked to work on:
Group work 1: Mapping the triangle: theoretical knowledge, practical skills, personal capabilities based on the participants practice and urgencies experienced.
Group work 2: Preparing 6 abstract scenarios and assign them to each of the 6 groups. Each group develops a set of concrete measures to address an urgent skills need based on skills and capacity building formats and in response to the scenario.
Group work 3: Recap of the group work session 2, selection of measures and turn them into a partial format while preparing the presentation of learning outcomes.
Hosted by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology – NTNU. With contributions from ECBN – European Creative Business Network, MATERAHUB, Lusófona University, CIKE – Creative Industry Košice, WIFI – WKO – Institute for Economic Promotion of the Austrian Economic Chambers, and EQ-ARTS.
