A community of change for creative skills

This pilot explores the potential of the Creative Agency Circle to contribute to institutional development within an arts university context. It introduces the framework into selected areas of governance, planning, and staff development, with particular attention to administrative units and human resources. Through structured conversations with leadership, institute representatives, and key staff, the pilot aims to identify where CYANOTYPES competences and tools can support existing practices or inspire new ones. Competences such as Planning and Management and Self-Awareness and Empathy, identified as particularly relevant by staff and students in earlier activities, will inform the discussions.

The goal is to understand where the framework connects with current institutional priorities and how it could be meaningfully integrated into future development work.
