A community of change for creative skills

An internal review at WRS uses CYANOTYPES to revise strategy in light of EU competence priorities. The pilot maps the agency’s internal talent development and programme planning against the CYANOTYPES framework and the European Strategy for Talent and Skills.

It is not a training activity but a policy alignment tool, enabling WRS to future-proof its services and adjust its internal compass. It models how intermediary organisations can adopt competence frameworks at the strategic level, not just in service delivery.
