This pilot explores how the CYANOTYPES Inclusivity Guidelines can be adapted into a useful resource for professional development within an arts university context. Originally developed for internal project use, the guidelines will be reviewed in collaboration with key institutional units, particularly Human Resources Development and the Department for Diversity and Inclusion.
The aim is to assess their relevance, identify what changes would be needed to make them meaningful in this setting, and explore their potential role in supporting existing inclusivity efforts. Rather than applying the document as-is, the pilot takes a reflective and consultative approach to understand how its contents could inform or inspire a revised tool tailored to the university’s internal structures and commitments.
