The Story So Far
On 13 and 14 September 2022, the consortium partners met in Utrecht for the kick-off meeting of CYANOTYPES. This pan-European project focuses on addressing the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector’s needs and skills gaps. The project explores which innovative, multidisciplinary frameworks, strategic interventions, and skills development solutions should be adopted across the European CCI ecosystem.
CYANOTYPES calls for radical change and aims to build anticipation towards a methodological framework that will eventually empower creators to imagine multiple futures. By doing so, it is possible to make the skilling processes they are involved in today more sustainable, resilient, and dynamic.
CYANOTYPES will focus on a post-covid recovery plan for the CCI sector, look strategically and practically at the green transition towards climate neutrality, and address the demand for digital skills as a result of rapid digitalisation.
Over the course of two days, representatives from all partners attended talks, a workshop, and had the pleasure of meeting the members in person (with others joining online). The Team discussed the work ahead and were excited to hear more about the upcoming phases of this ground-breaking project.
Stay tuned for more information on CYANOTYPES in the upcoming months.
